If the deal is too large, we have the ability to syndicate. Our appetite is broad. Whether it is greenfield, brownfield, income‐producing, residential, commercial and everything in between. We’ll look carefully at all opportunities ranging from an income-producing retail plaza with redevelopment/repositioning potential to a property with environmental contamination issues to vacant land with rezoning upside.
We’ll give you our thoughts and we’ll also respect your time and give you a quick “no” if it isn’t for us.
