Toronto Film Studios (TFS) is a 200,000 sq ft premium film studio converted from an existing warehouse, acquired by Rose Corporation in 1997 and located in Leslieville near downtown. Toronto Film Studios (TFS) was an important part of the Canadian film industry infrastructure that helped fuel its dramatic growth and preceded Rose’s Filmport/Pinewood Studio development. Once Canada’s largest film studio, TFS hosted blockbuster productions such as Cinderella Man, Good Will Hunting, and The Incredible Hulk. Sold to SmartCentres and now operating as “Revival 629,” it remains a leading Toronto film studio.
