Zach joined the Rose Corporation in 2025. Previously, he was an analyst at one of Canada’s largest homebuilders, Empire Communities, where he was responsible for underwriting new land development opportunities for both for-sale and rental development strategies across Ontario. Prior to that, he also spent time with Adi Development Group and First Capital REIT in a number of internships and full-time positions.

He holds a Master of Finance from the Smith School of Business at Queen’s University, and a Bachelor of Commerce specializing in Real Estate from the University of Guelph.
