Neil is a detail-oriented legal and corporate services professional with a strong background in real estate law, corporate compliance, and administrative operations. Prior to joining Rose Corporation he served as a Coordinator for the Legal and Real Estate department at Pet Valu Canada Inc., where he plays a key role in drafting legal documents, supporting lease negotiations, managing compliance for over 800 stores, and preparing strategic reports for executive review.

Neil’s professional journey spans several respected organizations in the legal services sector, including Dye & Durham Corporation, Cyberbahn (Carswell Legal Solutions), and ESC Corporate Services. In these roles, he developed deep expertise in due diligence, corporate filings, and client service, handling everything from incorporation processes to nationwide legal searches and regulatory reporting.

He holds a Law Clerk Diploma from Seneca College and a BA in Law & Society from York University.
