Grant brings a strong foundation in real estate investment, analysis, and development. Prior to joining The Rose Corporation, Grant was a key member of Colliers International’s Private Capital Investment Group, where he was involved in over $550 million of transactions, specializing in development land, multifamily properties, and mixed-use buildings.

Grant’s experience at Colliers honed his skills in market research, financial modeling, and collaborative problem-solving in the context of large-scale development projects. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Toronto Metropolitan University, where he developed his passion for creative industries and real estate.
