Amber is an experienced Operations Manager and Executive Assistant with over ten years of expertise in office administration, business operations, and team management. Before joining The Rose Corporation in 2024, she worked with a real estate team and property development company, where she oversaw business operations, led projects, managed teams, and built strong client relationships.
Amber has a background in home staging, interior decorating, and event planning, combining operational expertise with a keen eye for design. She believes success is all in the details and takes pride in creating special and elevated experiences. She enjoys planning company events of all sizes, curating meaningful and memorable gatherings for everyone involved.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Human Relations from Concordia University and a College Diploma in Psychology from Dawson College. As a passionate mental health advocate, she’s committed to building warm, welcoming, and inclusive work cultures where teams can collaborate, feel supported, and thrive.
