Shanta has over 20 years of accounting and tax experience. She joined Rose in 2007 and was previously with Epstein Enterprises Inc., where she held the positions of Tax Manager, Corporate Controller and Vice President Finance.

She also spent 10 years with Deloitte & Touche, KPMG and Nasello Francella & Krishna. Shanta holds a CGA and a Fellowship of the Association of Certified Accountants in England and Wales designation.
