Rose is not confined to a box. We’ll look at any opportunity, no matter the size or complexity.

We have been involved in a broad range of real estate asset classes at various stages of development so we are able to quickly assess if the opportunity works for us. If the deal is too large, we have the ability to syndicate. Our appetite is broad. Whether it is greenfield, brownfield, income‐producing, residential, commercial and everything in between. We’ll look carefully at all opportunities ranging from an income-producing retail plaza with redevelopment/repositioning potential to a property with environmental contamination issues to vacant land with rezoning upside.

We’ll give you our thoughts and we’ll also respect your time and give you a quick “no” if it isn’t for us.
Additionally, if we can think of someone else you should talk to, we’ll happily make the introduction.
