Filmport - Pinewood Studios

Filmport – Pinewood Studios involved constructing a purpose-built film and media complex on a 50-acre site leased from the City of Toronto, featuring 250,000 sq ft of production space minutes from downtown. The first phase opened in 2008 with North America’s largest purpose-built, 46,000 sq ft, soundproof, clear-span Mega Stage. In 2009, Pinewood Toronto Studios acquired part of the lands; Rose retained approximately 18 acres.
