Studio 65 Film Studios is a four-acre office and film/television studio complex at Heward Avenue and Eastern Avenue, just east of Carlaw Avenue and adjacent to the former Toronto Film Studios. The site provides 86,000 sq ft gross and 79,000 sq ft of leasable space.
