If you have decided to invest with us, we will collect via the subscription process, your name, address, telephone number, email address, banking information, and social insurance number.

If you have come to us for financing, we will collect via the loan approval process, your name, address, telephone number, and at times, your personal financial information.

How we use your information

Information you provide is collected and stored by The Rose Corporation and DE Capital Partners IncThe information you provide may be used:

if you have invested with us
- To send you information that will update you on the financial progress of your investment,
- To notify you of any distributions
- To correspond with you as we monitor the progress of your investment,
- To contact you, from time-to-time, to offer products and services from The Rose Corporation or DE Capital Partners Inc. that we feel you may be of interest to you,
- To comply with statutory tax obligations.

- To determine your credit-worthiness,
- To monitor the progress of the project and the status of the loan,
- To contact and correspond with you as per the terms of our agreement,
- In some cases, to register security for the financing that we have provided to you,
- To comply with any statutory reporting obligations that we may have

Our policy for sharing your personal information

From time to time, if we are providing you with financing we may provide your information to credit bureaus, other financial institutions or lenders or to participants or to co-investors in our loans in which case we will require that these parties keep your personal information confidential.

Finally, we may provide your personal information to other affiliates of The Rose Corporation and DE Capital Partners Inc. if we feel they have a product or service which may be of interest to you.

If you would like to access your personal information or know more about our policy

You have a right to access the personal information that we have about you in your file. If we have information that is not correct, we will take steps to correct it. If you would like to withdraw or withhold consent to our use of your information, we may not be able to comply with your request if we require your personal information for administering your investment or loan or if we must use or disclosure your personal information to comply with our statutory or other legal obligations.
