Real Estate Financing Joint Ventures

The Rose Corporation enters into joint ventures with experienced developers to undertake residential or commercial development projects. In these situations, The Rose Corporation typically provides a disproportionate amount of capital required and assists in arranging the financing for the project, while the joint venture partner manages the development process and day-to-day operations. The capital commitment by The Rose Corporation is generally in the $1 to $10 million range. Ultimate returns to the developer and to The Rose Corporation are determined based on the success of the project.
