BACKGROUND
The Rose Corporation (“Rose”) was founded in 1982 by Sam Reisman and has
evolved from a housing and land development operation to a boutique merchant
bank. A senior management team underwrites investments in businesses and
real estate projects, and offers co-investment opportunities to third-party
investors. Rose’s history also includes active and substantial investments
in manufacturing and service businesses. Rose currently manages real estate
funds, which provide capital by way of joint ventures and mortgage financing
for real estate projects. Through an affiliated company, Rose offers
non-real estate private equity financing (debt and equity).
Rose is distinguished by its ability to quickly identify an opportunity at
hand and act decisively. Rose’s strengths include creativity, business and
deal execution, raising capital, and real estate development operating
expertise.
